Why Vacuum Clamps?
Vacuum clamps are used to securely hold materials in place during CNC machining using vacuum pressure instead of traditional mechanical fasteners. The result? Faster setup, better accuracy, and no risk of damaging delicate parts with clamps or bolts. But traditional vacuum clamping systems can be rigid, expensive, and not always designed with your specific parts in mind.
That's where 3D printing changes the game.
Designed In-House, Printed for Performance
By leveraging our in-house 3D printing capabilities, we designed and created a custom set of vacuum clamps tailored specifically to our CNC workflow. This allowed us to:
