Who we are (Data Controller)

What data we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect the information you provide:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Company name (optional)
• Your message

Our hosting also processes standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type in server logs, for security and to deliver the site. With your consent we also collect anonymous visit analytics via Intellimark Hub (see the ‘Cookies and analytics’ section).

Why we use it and legal basis

We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote or proposal. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries, including taking steps at your request before a possible contract.

We do not use your data for marketing without your separate consent.

Cookies and analytics

We use only a functional cookie that remembers your chosen language, which is exempt from consent. To understand how the site is used, we use Intellimark Hub — our own first-party analytics tool that stores an anonymous identifier in your browser (localStorage) together with data about the pages you view and the actions you take. It also makes an anonymised recording of the session (mouse movement, clicks and scrolling) so we can see where visitors run into trouble; anything you type into forms is automatically masked and is not recorded. The tool runs only after you consent via the banner, and you can withdraw your consent at any time from ‘Cookie settings’ in the site footer. We use no advertising cookies and do not share this data with third parties. The map opens in Google Maps only when you click it, so no map cookies are set on this site.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and answer enquiries:

• Our website hosting provider
• Our email provider, to receive and reply to your message
• Imagery is loaded from the Unsplash CDN (placeholder images)

These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. Some may process data outside Bulgaria, within the EU/EEA or under EU-approved safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and our related business and legal obligations, then delete it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Ask us to delete your data
• Restrict or object to processing
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time
